THIS IS MY FAVORITE 1-BR LAYOUT IN THE BLDG, mainly because of the huge Casement Windows in the (approx) 20 x 13 Sunken Livingroom. When I look through those windows at night I feel like I'm on a ship sailing over the City.

This Art-Deco beauty is fully renovated with a brand-new Kitchen. The (approx) 17 x 12 Bedroom has a big casement window as well, so you'll enjoy sweeping views South and West of the Harlem River, Inwood Hill Park, even Columbia's sports Field.

The Kitchen has a Dishwasher, lots of Cabinets, good Counter space and a separate good-size Dining Area. The Bathroom has also been upgraded, but you'll still have the deep, original Cast Iron Tub. I guess you can tell I really like this apartment.
