Why Sovereign Associates Is the Top Broker in Upper Manhattan

April 25,2016 | By Greg Healy |

Hi, my name is Gregory Healy. I’m the founder of Sovereign Associates. Welcome to Hudson Heights and Upper Manhattan.

I love New York City and I want you to love it the way I do.

At Sovereign Associates, we focus in the areas we are passionate about: where we live!  This means we’re well known in the neighborhoods we service, which in turn gives our clients a good reason to place their trust in us.

At Sovereign, we start by getting to understand you – your needs, wants – and then we do our best to find you a great place to call home. We won’t waste your time by showing you apartments that don’t work for you.

We know the apartments we list as well as the ins-and-outs of getting you through the application or purchase process. We will work hard to make it happen.

I grew up in this city, went to Columbia Engineering School, and have been in real estate for over twenty-five years.

If you’re a college student here in New York City, you can be confident that we know all about off-campus housing, especially when it comes to the areas around Columbia University, City College, and Presbyterian Hospital.

We have long-term relationships with landlords and management companies in Upper Manhattan, covering the neighborhoods from the Upper West Side, Columbia University, Morningside Heights, up into Harlem, Washington Heights, Hudson Heights, Inwood, and Marble Hill.

Sovereign also offers co-op apartments, professional space, and commercial properties, so let us know your needs and we will work to get you the right place.
