Sovereign Associates Inc. Admin team had a fun filled Christmas celebration lunch at Toast (3157 Broadway NY, NY 10027) before we set up for Karaoke and sang or rather, some of us, caterwauled our way into the Holidays.

It was a Happy New Year’s Soggy Eve in New York this year! Hundreds of thousands of tourists and party goers rang in 2019 in a cold rain that soaked the confetti and everything else in Times Square — and it might have felt even wetter since the police banned umbrellas. Nonetheless, New Years in Times Square is an iconic event with people traveling from all over to bring in the new year. Some come to the city to celebrate birthdays and engagements along with start of the new year, and for some, seeing the ball drop in Times Square fulfills a lifelong dream. Wherever you were and whoever you were with, hopefully you brought in the New Year merrily and warm.
2018 was quite a year, and not exactly in the best of ways. Thank goodness we can close that door and walk through a new one to greater things. From all of us at Sovereign we hope everyone had a wonderful New Years and will have a prosperous 2019!
