The city that never sleeps has come back from the pandemic. It is almost as vibrant as before 2020. You can feel the energy. We New Yorkers always have something to do and somewhere to go. We have a plethora of activities to participate in. Every season brings its own unique set of events, the Halloween parade, visits to the museums, ice skating, and much more.
We also see some changes in the real estate market. It’s not a secret that interest rates have increased and, we are dealing with inflation. Nobody is safe from these changes. But if you take a closer look at the rental market, you might find some landlords who could be open to offering concessions. On some occasions those concessions would including the coverage of the broker’s fee or some rent credit. You must be aware however, that this might affect the price of the rent. We believe those are excellent opportunities out there.
