Our experience with Herve and Sovereign Associates was outstanding from start to finish. We braced ourselves for what we might encounter (apartment hunting during a pandemic!), but any concerns were quickly out the window. Greg was unfailingly supportive, informative, responded immediately, and partnered us with the wonderful Herve Frenoy. Herve''s breadth of knowledge about the area, apartments, and local landlords, was only surpassed by his kindness, warmth, honesty and humor. There was no "hard sell": the focus was solely on, "what are you seeking, and what would make you happy?" His efforts and care made our search stress-free, and dare I say, fun. Herve responded to all our questions, followed up during and after our move, and we were in extremely good hands throughout. We love our new apartment, and give Herve and Sovereign our highest recommendation.

Working with Herve and Sovereign Associates was incredible! They are super responsive and we were able to see two properties on the same day we reached out to them. Herve sent the paperwork to us immediately to apply and he answered all of our questions immediately. He kept us updated during the process and was really great to work with! This was by far the easiest rental experience I''ve ever had in New York, I''m so incredibly grateful for everything Herve and Sovereign Realty were able to do for us! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and would work with them in the future if we end up moving again!

I can recommend Herve without hesitation. Upon first meeting, he completely put me at ease and was prepared to show me 8 - 10 apartments. I knew very little about the neighborhood but Herve was very familiar with the area, tireless in answering all my questions and happy to show me the nearest subway, best groceries, etc. I totally appreciated his patience and good humor, not to mention that he was able to negotiate a lower rent with the landlord. I would not hesitate to contact him for any future moves.

Herve is very easygoing and made the process of finding the right apartment quick and efficient, the whole thing took less than 2 weeks. I’d highly recommend him for anyone looking in Washington Heights!

Herve was a breath of fresh air during our process of apartment hunting. He was honest, kind, and easy to communicate with. It feels like brokers are always trying to scam you, rush you, and pressure you into making a decision without all the information, Herve was the opposite. He was so patient with all of our questions and continuously explained the process and requirements. It felt like he was truly there to help us and was on our side. He was also very honest about the apartments he showed us and was very up front about everything so there were no surprises. Herve treated us with compassion and we felt very well taken care of. Thank you Herve!
